Ingredients:
1/2 lb swiss chard, greens & stems separated
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tbs butter
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper
grated parmesan
Instructions:
Chop the greens in strips and set aside. Chop the stems separately. Saute the stems, onion and garlic in butter until softened. Add the greens and saute until wilted. Season with salt and pepper, and add the vinegar. Top with parmesan. Yum!
